Visa Services

For most countries, a visa is required for entry into China, although this may vary depending on the regulations of the Chinese embassy of each country. All you need to do is to provide the appropriate information according to the requirements of your country's Chinese embassy or consulate, and then you will be granted the relevant visa after examination and confirmation.

Tourist visas are the most convenient and provide the fastest and cheapest way to enter China for trade shows. Most do not require a formal letter of invitation to obtain a tourist visa, only the itinerary, flight and hotel reservations. However, for individual countries, obtaining a tourist visa is relatively difficult, if not impossible, to obtain. Please check with the Chinese Embassy in your country in advance to confirm this.

Business visas are relatively complex and require an official business invitation letter. Our designated travel agency partners can assist you in obtaining an official invitation letter for a small fee. The application process takes 15 working days, so it is highly recommended to apply in advance. The business invitation letter will help you obtain a business visa to enter China and the application process will take a week or more. Please complete and submit the application form and attach a copy of your passport. To apply for a visa, the application fee must be confirmed and paid beforehand.
